By downloading or using BothSides Cam ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Futuron Inc grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You may use BothSides Cam to record videos for personal or commercial purposes. You are solely responsible for the content you create and how you use it.
BothSides Cam and all associated branding, code, and designs are the property of Futuron Inc. Videos you create with the App belong to you.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Camera capabilities depend on your device hardware.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Futuron Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
BothSides Cam is a one-time paid purchase. Payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests should be directed to Apple per their refund policy.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
